International Leadership Trainer

 

Richard is an MTW missionary who has been dedicated to international leadership training.  He spent 21 years in church planting and leadership training in Chile.  He currently designs courses for distance and online education, and also travels to teach courses overseas, especially in Latin America.  Richard has been working primarily in Latin America with 1,500 Faculty of Latin American Theological Education (FLET) students.

 

Richard has been broadening his outreach to other countries and language groups through Miami International Seminary (MINTS).  MINTS is dedicated to international leadership training with instruction in English, Spanish, French, Turkish, Russian, Ukrainian and other languages.  He develops and directs the online training program, and continues to travel and teach.  The online discipleship and educational resources is accessed by thousands of people around the world.  He is also training international leaders to participate in this ministry.  www.mints.edu

 

Richard was married in Chile to Mara Anglica, and they have two children: Nicolas and Melany.
