Mike has been the youth director at Cornerstone since February of 2008. He grew up in the Bootheel of Missouri and attended college at Murray State University in Kentucky. There, he met Jesus for the first time and has been following Him ever since. Through leading worship at various youth events and camps, Mike came to realize his call to the ministry, and after graduating from MSU, Mike began work in Mississippi working as a youth director. After serving six years there, Mike moved to Southern Maryland and joined the team at Cornerstone. Mike is married to his wife, Emily, and together they have three daughters.
